I have struggled with my golf for more than two years
due to distractions until I learned the breathing techniques from this book. I now understand that physical and mental states are inter-related and how I can keep these states in balance while playing golf.
PGA Teaching Pro, Mr. Douglas Mochrie's review about the book seems exactly right. The authors have done a done a great job. This is a well-thought, well-written book with easy to follow instructions. The directions for each exercise are very easy to understand.
Two thumbs up to the Yoga Warm-ups! I use it before every game.
I highly recommend this book to all golfers.
Thank you all... Raj

I've had the pleasure of studying with Stefani Pappas, and I'm happy to say that all of her energy, enthusiasm, and passion as a teacher is present in this enjoyable, practical, and highly usable book. Whether you are a yoga student interested in golf or a golfer who would like to try yoga, this book can be a great place to start.

There is no doubt that the method in this book brings results. I congratulate the authors for skillfully using the techniques of yoga in the service of playing better golf. It's great to have exercises to warm-up physically and focus mentally. All the exercises are directly beneficial to improving the game, especially beacause they are well-explained and illustrated. The reader can implement them right away and feel the results.
As a yoga student interested in learning golf, rather than intimidated by such a daunting sport, I feel more confident and encouraged to play because of the techiques in this book.
Thanks especially to Stefani Pappas whose joy, energy, and enthusiasm come through the printed pages so efffectively.

What a great concept - using Yoga to improve golf.
The poses are well illustrated and easy to understand. I am not sure of how it will affect my golfing yet - I may come back on that.

I had been golfing on and off for about 3 years. I quit playing due to my music career and I have recently picked it back up. My game is not where it used to be, but with these golf balls my game is quickly gettting back on track. I've tried top-notch Nike, low quality Top Flite and the Callaway Tour ix are the longest, quickest balls I've used. They're also really great around the green. Whether you are driving, chipping or putting, the Tour ix's are the ball to use.

I just had a chance to play this ball and let me tell you: If you are trying to gain extra yardage on the tee, and increased feel on the green, this is the ball for you. The ball easily added 20 yards to my drive, and with my high swing speed, I was able to rip off two 340 yard drives whereas I've never been over 320 ever on this particular course. Also, short irons were traveling 1/2 club longer, and long irons almost a full club difference. 4 irons that were once traveling 220 in the air were going 230. I think there is about a 7-8 percent increase in distance compared to a normal ball, but it might even be more. I'm extremely satisifed with the ball, and even though they are expensive, they are worth every penny. Durability was also extremely good. Word of advice: Just don't play on a tight course where you might lose too many of these gems.

Excellent ball. Longest ball I have played but still provides superior spin and control. Feels a little firm but good to put.
