  1. Mary K. Lowe says:

This is a good instruction book for senior golfers. It covers the technical aspects of the game, equipment, mental attitudes, physical conditioning and nutrition. There is also a section for women. Being new to golf I wanted a couple of good instructional books. This is one of my favorites along with Kellie Stenzel, The Women’s Guide to Consistent Golf which is excellent. I play golf, go to the range and continue to read their drills to improve my game. The best part of golf is there isn’t an age limit when one can no longer play golf. Golf is timeless, unlike tennis and skiing.
